Here at Rugerheim we breed quality GSP's.  The majority of our puppies are sold to families for personal pets and hunting companions.  If you are looking for a superior hunting dog & family pet, a high level field trial performance dog, or a Dual Champion prospect, we will fill the order.  Many breeders in the U. S. have began their kennel and breeding programs with dogs from our kennel.  We also sell dogs around the world to owners and breeders looking for a very "high quality" GSP.  As our GSP STANDARD states: our dogs "excel on land and water".

 

All of our puppies are sold with a contract and health guarantee.  We "Unconditionally" guarantee every puppy we sell!

This is a breeding we have been waiting to do for some time.  Pixel is a wonderful bitch that we now co-own with Dr. Renee Lara of Ehrenvogel Kennels.  She was selected to be bred to DC Bourbon because of her body style, biddable attitude, beautiful head and bird sense.  Pixel was bred to our Ch. Rugerheim's Ruff-N-Ready, who won the Field Trial Class at the 2009 National Specialty Show last year.  The puppies are 14 months old and four of them are show and/or field pointed.  DC Bourbon was a foundation sire for us and is known for his producing ability.  Bo has been gone for approximately 15 years and we are so excited to be seeing some of his progeny again through this amazing frozen semen breeding.
